The Results are in.  Below are some stats from the April report from the GLAR Association (Greater Lewisville). The median price increase is staggering in most cities for April 2022 over April 2021.  McKinney had a 34.2% increase. Frisco a 36.6% increase.  But the one that tops the charts is Coppell with a 47.9% increase over one year ago …
