The median price increase is staggering in most cities for April 2022 over April 2021.

Frisco a 36.6% increase.
But the one that tops the charts is Coppell with a 47.9% increase over one year ago with the new median price at $693,500.

- Frisco: Median price $778,400 – Up 36.6% compared to April 2021
- Lewisville: Median price $403,165 – Up 28.4% compared to April 2021
- Little Elm: Median price $435,000 – Up 33.9% compared to April 2021
- McKinney: Median price $550,000 – Up 34.2% compared to April 2021
- Plano: Median price $542,825 – Up 27.7% compared to April 2021
- Prosper: Median price $885,000 – Up 30.6% compared to April 2021
