Staggering increases in the median price in most DFW cities for April over one year prior!!!

The Results are in. 
 
Below are some stats from the April report from the GLAR Association (Greater Lewisville).

The median price increase is staggering in most cities for April 2022 over April 2021. 
 
McKinney had a 34.2% increase.
 
Frisco a 36.6% increase. 
 
But the one that tops the charts is Coppell with a 47.9% increase over one year ago with the new median price at $693,500. 
 
Here is a list of some of the areas we cover:
 
  • Coppell: Median price $693,500 – Up 47.9% compared to April 2021
  • Flower Mound: Median price $650,000 – Up 31.3% compared to April 2021
  • Frisco: Median price $778,400 – Up 36.6% compared to April 2021
  • Lewisville: Median price $403,165 – Up 28.4% compared to April 2021
  • Little Elm: Median price $435,000 – Up 33.9% compared to April 2021
  • McKinney: Median price $550,000 – Up 34.2% compared to April 2021
  • Plano: Median price $542,825 – Up 27.7% compared to April 2021
  • Prosper: Median price $885,000 – Up 30.6% compared to April 2021
